Episode 11- Smokin’ Meat with Jason Ganahl of GQue


Today’s episode was recorded on-site at GQue BBQ in Westminster, Colorado. Jason is truly a master of his craft and makes some of the best smoked meats we have ever tasted. We talk with Jason about setting up a smoker, what kinds of woods to use, how to tell when your meat is done, and so much more. This is a great episode for those of us (most of us) with little smoking experience, but even a seasoned BBQ veteran could learn a thing or two from Jason.
